We met Ariella during our first trip to Florida in search of our retirement dream home. We had met other agents but upon meeting Ariella we knew immediately that we would ask her to represent us.

Little did we know that the house we would fall in love with was literally on the opposite coast. That didn’t stop Ariella. Since we lived out of state and weren’t able to personally view the home that we were interested in she drove the 300-mile round trip several times doing virtual tours, exploring the area for us to see if it fit our needs, meeting with the seller’s agent, doing a virtual walkthrough. You name it, she did it! Ariella went sky-high above the threshold of what is typically expected of an agent.

Ariella also has a fantastic team from her assistant who was always willing to help with all of our questions to her own personal home inspector who caught some potentially expensive issues with the HVAC and the pool pump. These issues were taken care of by the seller so a great catch by the inspector!

This will be our last home we buy, but if we were to ever need an agent again we would immediately call

We had a very limited time in Florida to look for our home and Ariella did a wonderful job in scheduling showings. She even did FaceTime showings for us to help narrow down our search. She drove us to each showing and pointed out local shops, restaurants and points of interest. She listened to what we wanted in our new home and found us a beautiful home in an area that had all the amenities we were looking for. Ariella helped coordinate with the seller, HOA, Title Company and utilities making the buying process go smoothly.

Ariella was amazing in our purchase. She found the home for us and took the initiative to schedule a viewing. Because we were on a tight schedule and timing was imperative. When we decided to make an offer she talked through our thoughts, asked us questions and then provided professional guidance throughout the process. What I appreciated most was that if Arielle wasn't completely sure of the correct answer/or information she said so and then immediately secured the correct information. Her follow up and response were always immediate and timely. I highly recommend her and in fact have recommended her to family members.

Excellent, especially since we live out of state and we're dependent upon Ariella's knowledge of the area as well as trusting in her judgement about our purchase. Will definitely reconsider her to anyone looking for real estate in her area.

My spouse were in FL on vacation and wanted to look at some properties in FL as a potential winter home. We looked at some properties on Zillow and wanted to have a look at some of them and we received a text message from Ariella Valente that she would be willing to do the showings. Ariella was very professional and wasn't pushy. Ariella is very knowledgeable about the Plantation Bay community inland from Ormond Beach and helped us find a condo in that development which has 45 holes and some very nice amenities. We wound up purchasing all the furniture and furnishings as well and Ariella was helpful with those negotiations. Overall we had a very positive experience with Ariella and I wouldn't hesitate

Ariella was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. It was so nice to work with an agent who returned calls and texts in a timely matter. She has extensive resources and information for the area we were purchasing a home. We felt very comfortable working with her from contract to closing.
